PartnerOne recognises three membership levels and provide you with the flexibility to meet your ever-changing needs as your business continues to evolve. Progressive investment such as training and certification will be rewarded and you will gain increased support from OnLine Distribution.

The following outlines the criteria each reseller is scored on. The total score then corresponds to a membership level in the program:

For the launch of PartnerOne program, we will map existing partners to the corresponding membership levels based on their history with OnLine Distribution.

Registered Partner
Your organisation has taken the first step in building a relationship with OnLine. This membership level provides you with an introduction to the broad variety of benefits and support that OnLine offers to help you build your business. Some of the key benefits include training, and incentive program that not only rewards your investments as you achieve revenue, specialisation and marketing goals but also helps you advance through the various levels of the program.

Authorized Partner
You are experienced in delivering OnLine Distribution's vendor solution and have achieved a high level of customer satisfaction. Authorized Partners have access to benefits designed to help them build revenue and meet the needs of our mutual customers.

Premier Partner
You are committed to delivering the highest value to your customers and demostrate expertise in OnLine Distribution's solutions, consistently achieving revenue targets and other partnership goals. OnLine provides Premier Partners with the richest benefits including extensice access to management, sales, marketing and technical resources with an additional focus on joint planning and development of mutual cstomer relationships.

New partners with a limited or no relationship history with OnLine enroll at the Registered Partner Level. We review the program every six months and make adjustments to your membership level based on your achievements.
